Process Interpretation

Receive and Preliminary Estimate

The TK-TS received articles from the author, meets the criteria as prescribed by the Journal (in terms of layout, presentation, fields in line with principles and purposes, ...). Categorize according to areas of expertise and send to the specialized editor.

Put Forward Reviewer

The editor put forward reviewer the article and submit it to the Editor-in-chief for approval.

Approved of Lead Editor

Editor-in-chief based on the criteria to consider the review proposal:

+ If Yes, Editor-in-chief ask the TK-TS and the BTV in charge to prepare a review.

+ If No, Editor-in-chief ask the editor in charge to propose an appropriate review.

Peer-Review

- The TK-TS encodes the article, makes a dossier and sends it to the Editorial Board for sending to the reviewer.

- The editor transfers to the reviewer for criticism according to the criteria of the scientific article.

- Reviewers return review results according to the deadline.

Reviewer’s Conclusion

The TK-TS received results from reviewers.

+ If the reviewer has advised “Accept”: move to the next step "Classify (Reviewer’s Conclusion)";

+ If the reviewer has advised “Reject”, notify the author.

Classify after review

The editor receives the Reviewer’s Conclusion from the TK-TS dand classifies the following articles:

+ If the reviewer has advised “Accept” and the author does not have to edit the article, the article will be moved to the step "Approved of Lead Editor".

+ If the reviewer has advised “Accept”, but the author must correct according to the reviewer: Editor in charge of passing the review results to the author and proposing "Author Revise".

Articles are classified into two groups:

1 - Articles that must be edited and the reviewer not check;

2 - The article must be edited, but the reviewer must be check;

Author Revise

- The editor sends the review results to the author and asks the author to edit the article according to the reviewer's conclusion, together with a deadline.

- The author edits the article according to the reviewer's conclusion and resubmitted the article to BBT by deadline.

Paper Revised

- BBT received the paper revised from author.

- The editor is checking and comparing with the comments of the reviewers.

- The editor discussing with the reviewer to consider whether the edited contents.

- After the article meets the requirements, go to the step "Approved of Lead Editor".

Approved of Lead Editor

The TK-TS submits the criticized articles and meets the requirements to TBT for approval.
